You agree to immediately notify mata62 of any unauthorized access or security breach.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on mata62. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering under another person's name is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses. mata62 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void associated transactions.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mata62 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification (bank account screenshot, e-wallet screenshot). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays. 3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.3 Deposit Source Verification

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources (friends, family, business partners) are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension. mata62 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Procedures

Users may request withdrawals once their Account has been fully verified (KYC completed). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to an alternative method approved by mata62. Users must provide accurate bank account details (account number, account holder name matching KYC documents) or e-wallet details for withdrawal processing.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

mata62 aims to process withdrawals as follows:

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

4.4 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

Before requesting a withdrawal, deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds of 1.50 or equivalent. This requirement helps prevent money laundering and fraud. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in Section 6.

4.5 Withdrawal Fees

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

All content on the mata62 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the property of mata62 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12. General Provisions
